Employment Opportunity Visitor Information Centre Counsellor – 2 Positions

The Town of Shelburne is seeking applications from qualified individuals for two Visitor Information Centre Counsellor positions.

Duties of the position include greeting people at the Visitor Information Centre (VIC), providing information, brochures, tips, providing directions and general assistance to people visiting the area as well as promoting seasonal events in the Town of Shelburne. 

Candidates must be between 15 and 30 years of age. They must also have knowledge of the area, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and have or be willing to take training in First Aid and CPR. There are other criteria related to Canada Summer Jobs program funding. Details are available from the contact below.
